Most vacation packages that include air will require either prepayment of the airfare portion of the trip, or a deposit of $200-$350/per person. For Land only rates typically have a deposit of $50-$100/per person. Final payment is due 90-60 days before travel.
Please be prepared to pay your deposit within 24-72 hours of receiving your quote.
There are options available if you do not wish to pay the full amount due at booking.
I offer financing though Uplift. This option is based on credit; they do a soft credit check. There are different payment options, some with 0% interest. If interested, let me know and I will send you a link to apply upon booking your reservation.
The second option is Zip. This is a good option for the initial deposit but can be used for the final payment as well. This option breaks the amount due into 4 biweekly payments. Their are other companies that offer this type of option. However, Zip will allow you to request a specific amount and they will provide a temporary credit card number for you to use for your payment.

Customers sometimes want the flexibility to book their own flights. I'm here to help you with that as well.
My 1st stop for flights is Google Flights. I use it to find flight deals and to set up alerts for price chanes on flights I am interested in.
The Hopper is app is very helpful when shopping for the best the rate on flights. You may set up an alert to be notified of price changes on a desired flight. You may also freeze the price for 14 days if you are not ready to purchase immediately.
App in the air is another useful app for booking flights. It offers the ability to search for flights by COVID criteria like blocked middle seats. It also has nice tracking features for your flights.
Travel insurance is highly recommended when traveling; especially during our ever changing new normal with COVID:
You may review coverage options and estimate pricing at the link below

Insurance is typically purchased at time of booking or within 7 days of booking. If purchased later, you may only cancel for specific covered reasons.
If no insurance is purchased, you are subject to the cancellation terms of the trip you purchased. If you are within the penalty period, you will be charged a fee, or you may not be entitled to a refund at all!
Don't lose all your money because you got sick or tested positive for COVID right before or during your trip!
Passports are required if traveling outside of the United States (includes Puerto Rico and Bahamas). Most passports must be valid for at least 6 months following your scheduled return.
Passport applications are currently delayed due to the pandemic.
Please check your passport expiration dates, and be sure to apply for renewal at least 4 months in advance of travel to ensure you receive your passport in time.

Global entry is only $100, and it is good for 5 years.
Global Entry program members can use Global Entry Customs Kiosks at more than 75 airports when returning to the U.S. from travel abroad.
TSA Precheck is $75 by itself so Global Entry is a good deal.
Official Trusted Traveler Program Website | Department of Homeland Security (dhs.gov)
You can only apply for Global Entry if you have an international flight booked, so if you have international travel plans coming up, it's a good opportunity to get it .
You may also complete your Global Entry interview upon arrival instead of scheduling an interview.
As guidelines are constantly changing, it is wise to double check guidelines before traveling.
It is good practice to keep a mask handy, and your proof of vaccine or negative test results printed and with you when traveling to avoid issues during your vacation or potentially being denied entry to locations.
It is also good practice to keep a copy of your documents on your phone. You may take a photo of the documents; use the scan feature on your iPhone; or you may use the Microsoft Lens scanning app.
Check the CDC’s Covid-19 advisory for your destination. Before you fly, it’s a good idea to heed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s per-country guidance for travel.
